Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR)

Privacy Policy

We are committed to safeguarding personal data in strict compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German statutory data protection legislation (§ 19 DDG).

The use of the Internet pages of the ESSCA-DC is generally possible without any indication of personal data. However, if a data subject wishes to use specialized services via our website, processing of personal data could become necessary. If processing is necessary and no statutory basis exists, we obtain explicit consent from the data subject.

As the controller, the ESSCA-DC has implemented numerous technical and organizational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through this website. Internet-based transmissions may theoretically exhibit security gaps, which is why data subjects are free to convey information through alternative channels (e.g. by telephone or postal mail).
